Shipping Policy

SHipping Rates & Costs

All our products on our website are shipped at a flat fee anywere in australia for $25.00 which is incorporated into the cost of the coolers on the website. This fee is applicable for orders picked up from our place of business also. 

Express shipping can be negotiated with one of our sales reps by contacting the office directly, and payment made VIA custom invoice. 

International shipping can be negotiated with one of our sales reps by contacting the office directly, and payment made VIA custom invoice. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery TImes

Shipping Methods

All our products are shipped to your address using local courier services, dependant on your location the time can varry from pickup to delivery to your location, we allow 5 business days for delivery.

Delivery Times

All our coolers are printed within 10 business days of artwork approval and shipped to your address using our couriers.

Artwork approvals after 4PM on a week day, will be processed the following day.

Artwork approval approved on weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Damaged or Lost Goods IN Shipping

All our products are shipped with care and are not considered to be fragile. If any items are damaged in transit we will refund the whole order at no cost to the client. All damaged goods will need to be returned to our place of business. Damaged goods will need to be reported within 24 hours of accepting the shipment. 

All packages from The Brand Tavern must be signed for, if any package is lost after the handover from the courier, we will not be held responsible for replacing your order. 

Any items that are lost by the courier before hand over to the client will ne replaced in full and shipped via express post.
